Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop nuclear surety products including impact statements, Certification Requirements Plans (CRPs), Nuclear Surety Analysis Reports (NSARs), and Nuclear Surety Management Plans (NSMPs).
  • •Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to review work products, coordinate engineering activities, and ensure certification requirements are met.
  • •Lead technical proposal efforts and contribute as a subject matter expert during internal and customer reviews.
  • •Support estimation, tracking, and reporting of technical, cost, schedule, and risk performance for assigned scope.
  • •Apply nuclear surety and systems engineering expertise across design, requirements, integration, verification, and qualification phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years, or 12+ years relevant experience in absence of a degree.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance.
  • •Strategic nuclear operations mission experience, particularly within Nuclear Triad programs.
