Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies, lease renewals, and financial analysis to improve profitability.
  • •Partner with business, brand, and corporate teams to monitor financial performance, identify opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Manage governance activities by coordinating reviews and approvals for legal agreements and commercial proposals with stakeholders.
  • •Oversee monthly financial closing and reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • •Review KPIs (sales, markdowns, productivity, and overheads) and ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and statutory/internal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Finance and Operations, preferably in a retail environment.
  • •Exposure to operational financial planning and budget control.
  • •2–3 years of managerial experience in an independent Finance/Operations/Commercial function.
  • •Ability to oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and company policies.
  • •Experience coordinating stakeholders for timely governance of legal agreements and commercial proposals.
