Production Planner

Establish, manage, and maintain the production schedule for a selected group of products, serving as the plant’s single point of contact for customer accounts. Own the order life cycle from configure-to-order entry through order closure, invoicing, and shipped orders. Reconcile order discrepancies, coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer priorities, and track weekly/monthly performance metrics while supporting continuous improvement projects.
