Inside Sales Associate

Work with walk-in and phone customers to identify needs, create solutions, and keep the sales process running smoothly. Handle daily customer interactions, questions, and complaints, while processing and distributing products efficiently. Perform accurate sales order data entry for invoicing, secure payments or obtain credit authorization, and manage warranty item disposition and delivery estimates. Support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
