Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next in Carvana’s Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in the spinners.
  • •Inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow production-center processes while working in a fast-paced environment and performing required overtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment as needed, including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
