Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain Sika’s Global Compliance Management System (CMS) and promote Sika Values and Principles.
  • •Support the development, coordination, and rollout of the CMS globally, coordinating with HR, Legal and Compliance teams and other stakeholders.
  • •Own full life cycle case management for allocated compliance/HR matters, including investigations, reporting, documentation, and follow-up on remediation actions.
  • •Design and deliver targeted compliance trainings (classroom or virtual) and support upskilling for local HR/Legal/Compliance teams.
  • •Contribute to the compliance audit program and monitor/report on compliance and change initiatives, including risk assessment and interval employee voice review.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law or post graduate studies in Law/Compliance (e.g., CAS) with experience as a compliance practitioner.
  • •10+ years of on-the-job compliance experience in an internationally operating business.
  • •Direct experience conducting investigations and the ability to produce clear, accurate investigative reports with attention to details.
  • •Proven ability to distill complex information into concise executive summaries for senior management.
  • •Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with strong organization and the ability to work independently in a decentralized matrix organization.
