Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end experience strategy for the mobile app that members use daily to manage their health.
  • •Pioneer agentic UX from 0 to 1 by designing new interaction patterns for AI that proactively guides and operates with autonomy.
  • •Set Twin’s design quality bar across interaction design, visual design, copy direction, and systems thinking, from early concepts to detailed specs.
  • •Lead high-complexity initiatives end to end and serve as a design consultant to raise quality across smaller efforts.
  • •Lead research to uncover unmet needs and validate direction, and mentor designers and cross-functional partners to elevate standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product/UX design experience with a portfolio showing high-level craft across interaction, visual design, and systems thinking.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing agentic AI experiences where AI takes action, surfaces proactive interventions, or operates with agency.
  • •Proven ability to design 0-to-1 original interaction patterns in areas with no prior art, with clear articulation of your approach.
  • •Recognized thought leader in design with influence beyond your immediate team.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
