Job Summary

Lead power and energy program delivery for the Extra High Voltage (EHV) Transmission and Distribution sector, providing PM leadership across large, complex projects and portfolios. Own planning, budgets/forecasts/margins/KPIs, risk contingencies, stakeholder engagement, and contractual delivery. Guide multi-disciplinary teams, run governance and discipline meetings, maintain program documentation and reporting, and oversee project closeout and lessons learned to drive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide PM leadership for larger scale and complex projects, including budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, risks, and contractual obligations for delivery.
•Engage stakeholders proactively at all levels, maintain relationships, and report on project progress and performance.
•Participate in technical aspects of contract negotiation, presentations, and meetings.
•Develop and maintain project initiation and governance documentation (risk registers, PMP, quality, safety, and communications plans) per WSP and client requirements.
•Lead program/project discipline meetings, drive root-cause resolution and recovery planning, ensure client reporting and closeout activities, and facilitate lessons-learned sessions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
•12+ years of relevant post education experience in a project management role within the industry.
•Advanced understanding of A/E/C project delivery processes and extensive large-scale project/program management experience, including DBB, EPC, and PDB delivery models.
•Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen bridging business and project management.
•Proficiency with corporate project management principles and strong capability establishing and managing multiple complex projects, programs, and associated documentation and systems.
