Key Requirements

•Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
•Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
•Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
•Strong knowledge of core HR processes (performance, compensation, employee relations, talent development)
•Solid understanding of labour law (preferably Portugal/Spain)
