Key Responsibilities

  • •Support hiring and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • •Identify and implement training and development initiatives for teams.
  • •Manage performance, talent reviews and career development processes.
  • •Advise managers and employees on HR topics, including employee relations.
  • •Oversee compensation, payroll support and internal mobility processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  • •Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
  • •Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • •Strong knowledge of core HR processes (performance, compensation, employee relations, talent development)
  • •Solid understanding of labour law (preferably Portugal/Spain)
