Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned Enterprise IT projects using PMO best practices and Emerson’s IT project lifecycle guidance.
  • •Define and manage project scope, requirements/use cases, success criteria, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans balancing time, cost, quality, scope, talent, prerequisites, and interdependencies.
  • •Monitor project performance/health indicators, KPIs, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests across the lifecycle.
  • •Run stakeholder communications and stage gate reviews, partnering with sponsors and suppliers to estimate budgets, track costs, and resolve delivery issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of IT or business-related experience.
