Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of assay development and validation studies for the company’s ex vivo drug sensitivity platform.
  • •Translate technology from the R&D team into CLIA-compliant clinical diagnostic tests focusing on hematologic malignancies.
  • •Develop and refine product specifications, performance criteria, and validation plans.
  • •Collaborate with Research & Development and product teams to ensure timely delivery of clinically deployable assays.
  • •Document protocols, data, and results to support regulatory submissions and internal decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years laboratory experience in assay development/validation
  • •Experience executing product specification and validation studies
  • •Ability to translate R&D technology into clinically deployable CLIA tests
