Job Summary

Lead and execute a high-stakes portfolio program in the Dive XL Division, guiding technical work from early-stage design through technology development, integration, testing, and deployment. Manage cost, schedule, and risks while delivering crisp reporting to senior leadership and functional teams. Partner with engineering leaders, chief engineer, program managers, customers, and external partners to manage dependencies, propose technical alternatives, and drive portfolio-level goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and execute large technical programs from early-stage design through deployment.
•Communicate crisp reporting and updates to senior leadership, program teams, and functional teams across the company.
•Partner with engineering leaders to drive program execution and improve team velocity.
•Forge and manage customer and partner relationships, including resolving and escalating cross-team dependencies.
•Provide architectural-level technical understanding, propose alternatives, and work with the Chief Engineer and Program Managers to reach portfolio success.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related discipline for the Dive Team.
•10+ years of experience as a Program Director, Technical Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, or Technical Product Manager in autonomous systems, robotics, or software development.
•Ability to understand mission systems and how they connect to hardware, and to lead execution across critical aspects of the program.
•Experience executing resource management and planning (headcount, budget, forecasting schedules) and building efficient, performant technologies.
•Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance and be willing to travel over 25% and relocate/based near Costa Mesa, CA.
