  • •Build meaningful relationships with high-value clients alongside Wealth Relationship Officer and service teams.
  • •Acquire, develop, advise, and retain a portfolio through needs assessments and tailored banking, investment, and insurance recommendations.
  • •Increase wallet share by identifying product opportunities and deepening relationships to grow referrals and a prospect pipeline.
  • •Represent the company in community organizations/activities to enhance visibility and maintain referral networks.
  • •Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Risk, and Internal Control to support a balanced risk operating environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licensing required.

  • •Expert knowledge of wealth planning/products and relevant regulatory framework for wealth management.
