Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business stakeholders to design and develop solutions using ServiceNow IRM.
  • •Implement ServiceNow IRM solutions with hands-on engineering ownership.
  • •Support OOB Risks and Controls implementations where applicable.
  • •Use ServiceNow certifications to deliver against required scope and quality expectations.
  • •Collaborate within the scheduled IST work windows and in-office cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •Active ServiceNow CSA and IRM certifications (share registered email ID for SN certifications).
  • •Hands-on ServiceNow IRM implementation experience, ideally including OOB Risks and Controls solutions.
  • •Strong communication skills to work closely with business stakeholders.
  • •Work within the scheduled IST hours: 1PM–10PM or 2PM–11PM.
  • •Work three days per week from the NTT office and start immediately.
