Job Summary

Own a Zurich enterprise business application and its related data platforms, acting as system SME and bridge between business stakeholders, regional IT teams, and vendors. Translate underwriting, claims, and finance requirements into system and data solutions, lead incident/problem/root-cause analysis, and coordinate enhancements, releases, and UAT sign-offs. Maintain requirements and data mappings, troubleshoot issues end-to-end, and support automation initiatives (including RPA) while ensuring IT controls, audit readiness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical and functional accountability of the enterprise business application and act as the system SME.
•Translate business requirements into system and data solutions, including defining data mappings, business rules, and validation requirements.
•Lead incident, problem, and root cause analysis for production issues impacting underwriting, claims, and finance.
•Coordinate changes, enhancements, and releases with regional IT teams and validate solutions through UAT and business sign-offs.
•Maintain system documentation and ensure governance, risk, and compliance for IT controls, audit requirements, and ServiceNow GRC processes.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of relevant experience with enterprise business application systems.
•Hands-on experience with data platforms (DWH) and reporting logic, including data transformations between systems and DWH.
•Proven Business Analysis experience in complex insurance-related systems and workflows.
•Strong SQL/data analysis and troubleshooting skills for production issues and processing errors.
•Ability to work with legacy platforms, coordinate with cross-region stakeholders, and produce strong documentation.
