Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical SEO team and roadmap, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
•Build AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom’s presence in generative AI surfaces such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
•Establish and track share-of-answer metrics across category, competitive, and branded prompts, reporting to executive staff and the board.
•Partner with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards.
•Develop a unified search scorecard translating organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,500 - 276,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Lead technical SEO functions at scale, including site architecture, schema implementation, and organic traffic optimization.
•Build or scale AI-search and answer-engine visibility programs using platforms like Profound or equivalent tools.
•Direct engineering-adjacent work on crawlability, structured data, and indexation while communicating strategy to executive stakeholders.
•Define and defend emerging metrics like share-of-answer alongside established SEO performance indicators.
•Demonstrate experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
