Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify improvement opportunities and drive regional/global finance initiatives to enhance trust and operational efficiency.
  • •Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, analytical tools, and accounting procedures.
  • •Support monthly flux and variance analysis across regional and global levels.
  • •Manage monthly close activities (prepare/review accounting journals) and ensure full SOX compliance, including general ledger account reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate with HQ and regional teams for alignment and assist external audits to ensure annual audits and local statutory audits are completed on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting.
  • •At least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • •Experience with Workday Financials in multi-currency, multi-country ledgers and large-scale ERP environments.
  • •Strong communication and quantitative problem-solving skills, including US GAAP and local APJ GAAP knowledge with SOX compliance execution.
