Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations of the in-office pharmacy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • •Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the pharmacy team and staff.
  • •Work independently in a satellite/solo pharmacist setting and collaborate with providers in a clinical office.
  • •Maintain day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure safe and efficient medication services.
  • •Prepare and participate in quality improvement initiatives and interacting with care teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Pharmacist license in Texas, in good standing.
  • •Eligible and willing to be designated as Pharmacist in Charge.
  • •PharmD preferred (BS Pharm considered).
  • •Minimum 1 years of pharmacy experience in healthcare-management role in specialty pharmacy or infusion pharmacy is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements.
