Key Responsibilities

•Oversee operations of the in-office pharmacy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the pharmacy team and staff.
•Work independently in a satellite/solo pharmacist setting and collaborate with providers in a clinical office.
•Maintain day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure safe and efficient medication services.
•Prepare and participate in quality improvement initiatives and interacting with care teams.

Key Requirements

•Active Pharmacist license in Texas, in good standing.
•Eligible and willing to be designated as Pharmacist in Charge.
•PharmD preferred (BS Pharm considered).
•Minimum 1 years of pharmacy experience in healthcare-management role in specialty pharmacy or infusion pharmacy is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements.
