Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Provide exceptional customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry as a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer sales and service representative. Assist customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering; prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery; build strong customer relationships; and identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers. Support branch leadership with new technologies, merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining a safe work environment.
