Key Responsibilities

  • •Define clear and unambiguous labeling rules; simplify rules and train labellers to meet model training requirements.
  • •Monitor and review quality of labeled data, identify root causes of quality issues, and drive remediation.
  • •Deliver projects on time and on target by identifying and flagging key risks.
  • •Deep dive into project lifecycle issues and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery.
  • •Manage and lead a team through feedback, motivation, cross-team collaboration, and ownership/accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years managing or leading teams in an operational or project management setting with data/business analytics education or experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with requestors and labellers.
  • •Some project management experience with strong organization to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a data environment.
  • •Demonstrated learning agility with strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal).
