Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical programs for Adobe Express, accelerating AI-first transformation by integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI into product development and operations. You will partner with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to translate AI capabilities into actionable solutions, improve velocity and quality, and drive cross-functional efficiency through AI-enabled automation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment across all involved groups while applying AI to improve planning accuracy, risk identification, and execution speed.
•Guide strategic efforts that embed AI within product functionalities and internal development operations; encourage adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI to boost speed, quality, and scalability of outcomes.
•Identify and implement opportunities to use AI to streamline collaboration across product, engineering, design, and operations; reduce friction in workflows through automation and AI-assisted decision-making.
•Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and translate emerging technologies into actionable solutions across product development, program management, and operational efficiency.
•Champion AI adoption across teams by introducing tools, frameworks, and guidelines that improve efficiency and scalability; drive continuous improvement through AI-enabled automation and intelligence.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or technical product management.
•Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across diverse teams.
•Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and transformation, ideally employing AI or automation.
•Strong expertise in portfolio, resource, and process management.
•Demonstrated skill in building relationships and influencing across a globally distributed organization.
