Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input and implement HR strategy to drive the organization’s vision and business unit objectives.
  • •Develop and implement HR plans and programs to ensure effective utilization of HR.
  • •Influence team member behavior to promote safety and HR principles.
  • •Partner with COEs and People Operations on onboarding and orientation for new team members.
  • •Manage grievances in partnership with the LR COE and identify/communicate potential contract/CBAs violations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to adapt communication across organizational levels.
