Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle lab requests for new IMTE additions, priority calibrations, on-site scheduling, and equipment issuing.
  • •Move equipment through workflow with status updates, customer check-in support, and vendor calibration processing.
  • •Maintain customer inventory with production-line audits; flag equipment not measuring correctly.
  • •Coordinate vendor POs, quotes, and invoices for repair and calibration.
  • •Coordinate shipping for SpaceX and vendor metrology labs and collect outsourced calibration data for ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of general admin or coordination experience.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
