Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze big data sources for defect-mode understanding and yield modeling.
  • •Perform statistical analysis, create visualizations, and build process development roadmaps to reach technology yield milestones.
  • •Extract insights from structured and unstructured data using advanced statistics, machine learning, and coding to improve yield.
  • •Develop multivariate algorithms and tools to identify root-cause yield limiters and recommend process changes.
  • •Collaborate with design and factory teams to execute new product introductions, design-technology co-optimization, and design of experiments; develop measurement recipes and document/transfer procedures as needed.

  • •Ph.D. in a semiconductor science-related STEM field (engineering, physical science, computer science, or related).
