Job Summary

Coordinate monthly management reporting and annual financial statements for supporting companies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS (MSSF), and Group/local standards. Own the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic plan cycles, monitor cost and treasury performance versus budget and prior year, and present financial insights to leadership. Improve cost reporting processes and support ad-hoc financial analysis and investment/disposal review activities, including process coordination and standardization projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate preparation of monthly management reports and annual financial statements for subsidiaries under US GAAP, IFRS (MSSF), Group and local standards.
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across functional areas of the subsidiaries.
•Monitor, analyze, and report cost performance and treasury cash flow versus budget and prior year results.
•Prepare analyses and present current financial status and key issues to CRH MP leadership.
•Improve cost reporting processes and coordinate implementation of agreed solutions; support ad-hoc financial analysis and investment/disposal reviews.
