Key Responsibilities

  • •Own how customer solutions are deployed and run, including integrations, authentication, secrets, hosting, monitoring, and the release process.
  • •Build internal tooling, templates, and reusable components to shorten delivery time and raise delivery quality.
  • •Create customer-facing solutions such as AI skills, routines, workflows, applications, and agents.
  • •Join discovery sessions, translate systems/data/constraints into deployable designs, and take ownership from recommendation through development, delivery, and handoff.
  • •Partner with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to troubleshoot challenges, influence product development, document learnings, and identify recurring needs for scalable platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Good at running technical discovery with IT and finance teams and explaining hosting/security tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Ability to ship end-to-end: own a problem from first conversation through to a working solution the customer actually uses.
  • •Platform focus technical expertise in DevOps and infrastructure (APIs and integrations, cloud deployment, CI/CD, authentication, secrets, observability).
  • •Production experience with Python or TypeScript, plus SQL and REST APIs, and at least one major cloud.
  • •Experience integrating business systems via APIs, handling authentication and secrets properly.
