Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters.
•Monitor database health, performance, and capacity.
•Perform backup, recovery, major version upgrades, and disaster recovery solutions.
•Troubleshoot production issues and optimize queries and indexes.
•Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database reliability, scalability and other non-functional requirements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of MongoDB administration experience.
•Strong knowledge of Index, Replica Sets, Sharding, WiredTiger, and performance tuning.
•Experience with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
•Familiarity with MongoDB Ops Manager/Atlas, Prometheus, and Grafana.
•Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
