Job Summary

Lead Client Services operational engagement for Visa clients in Vietnam as an individual contributor and face of the support organization. Serve as an operational/technical consultant for Visa Government Solutions, Commercial and Money Movement Solutions teams—handling client relationship operations, problem management, and recovery of service interruptions. Drive enablement for existing and new products, coordinate internal resources, support strategic programs involving government entities, and educate clients on best practices while improving client experience through streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-value customer service support to ensure client expectations are exceeded and be the voice of the client.
•Serve as primary liaison and single point of contact for non-traditional clients, including problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, and support for service changes and system enhancements.
•Support high priority and strategic programs, including engagements involving government entities and officials, navigating bespoke operating models with tailored solutions.
•Proactively notify clients about business-critical solution problems and lead internal/external recovery efforts for product and/or processing service interruptions.
•Project manage and lead enablement activities for existing and new products, coordinate internal resources, and educate clients on best practices to improve client experience and account plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and minimum 10 years of experience in Support, Pre-sales, and Project Management in financial services, payments, software, or information services.
•Strong communications skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to support a portfolio of Vietnam-based clients.
•Strong technical aptitude to absorb technical information and apply it to business solutions.
•Proven stakeholder management, client service, collaboration, organizational effectiveness, and structured problem-solving skills.
•Ability to set priorities, manage customer expectations, work independently and as part of a team, and articulate complex technical terms in business language.
