Lead store operations to drive operational excellence and an exceptional client experience. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards while guiding visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance. Partner with the team to support client service and store goals, coaching and developing team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics. Help foster inclusivity, uphold company policies, and maintain reliability with required weekly hours.
