Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement global strategic business improvement plans for supply assurance across Assembly and Test manufacturing sites.
  • •Support leaders to plan global strategic direction and drive supply assurance metrics and targets (DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, buy rule governance).
  • •Own site operational execution and inventory metrics (DIO, excess & obsolescence/scrap rate, slow moving).
  • •Formulate and refine global supply plans, implement improvement strategies, and resolve supply, supplier capacity, and customer issues.
  • •Lead and coach Supply Managers and Procurement Operations Managers to drive operational excellence and cultivate learning behaviors for AI and productivity improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Planning/Engineering.
  • •At least 5 years of leadership experience in supply management related roles.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in the semiconductor and manufacturing industry.
  • •APICS, PMI, CPM, or CPSM certification.
  • •Proven leadership and problem-solving skills supporting fast-paced global manufacturing operations.
