CNC Programmer / Machinist

Develop and maintain CNC programs to machine precision reactor components for Aalo Atomics’ nuclear microreactors. You’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC equipment using nuclear-grade materials, create tooling/fixtures and machining strategies, and run first-article and in-process inspections using precision metrology. Work within ASME NQA-1 controlled procedures with full material traceability, collaborating across Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
