Job Summary

Manage large-scale regulatory compliance programs for Trust & Safety, from scoping through execution and ongoing monitoring of regulatory obligations. Build and implement scalable compliance frameworks, controls, and assurance infrastructure, including gap analyses and risk assessments. Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Legal and Compliance teams, ensure timely responses to RFIs and regulatory interactions, and provide executive leadership updates on status, risks, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead regulatory compliance projects from scoping to completion and plan for forthcoming requirements.
•Coordinate resources across Trust & Safety and other functions to deliver initiatives on time.
•Oversee ongoing obligations, maintain issue logs, and conduct gap analyses.
•Develop and operate controls and assurance infrastructure, including monitoring deviations and tracking audit recommendations.
•Support compliance framework development and provide executive leadership updates on program status, gaps, risks, and priorities.
