Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-acquisition technology integration to standardize IT across newly acquired locations.
  • •Consolidate and negotiate internet, VoIP, and cellular contracts to reduce costs and simplify vendors.
  • •Own and manage PSA Jobs and Encircle, including configuration, access, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
  • •Manage IT operations including user access, software licensing, devices, vendors, and day-to-day technology needs.
  • •Build repeatable IT standards and processes that make future acquisitions faster and easier to integrate.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT, business systems, or technology operations experience.
  • •Experience managing SaaS platforms, technology vendors, and contracts.
  • •Strong project management skills to drive projects from evaluation through implementation.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems across IT systems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
