Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems, including robotics, conveyors, vision systems, and integrated industrial equipment to support high-performance production.
•Develop and maintain industrial control systems architecture, including PLC/HMI programming, industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet), safety systems, and integration with SCADA/MES platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust version control.
•Analyze production workflows to identify automation opportunities and drive improvements in throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.
•Commission, validate, and ramp manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring stable operation and production readiness.
•Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
