Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of enterprise-wide AI technical and functional curriculum with HR and business stakeholders.
  • •Build persona-based learning tracks by mapping role workflows and creating progressive beginner, intermediate, and advanced pathways.
  • •Co-design and curate technically accurate training assets with AI engineers, SMEs, and instructional designers, including self-paced modules and hands-on labs.
  • •Oversee multi-channel instruction delivery across instructor-led deep-dives, virtual platforms, interactive bootcamps, and enablement sessions.
  • •Establish feedback loops to refine training based on real-world workflow friction and changing product roadmaps; track effectiveness via dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in the technology sector with proven project/program management experience leading large-scale programs.
  • •5+ years developing curricula for complex technical concepts.
  • •Hands-on ownership of the data/AI learning landscape, including co-design and development of learning pathways.
  • •Proven ability to drive change management and cross-functional alignment across cross-site, cross-group, and matrixed teams.
  • •Define and use reporting and dashboards to track learner engagement, skills acquisition, and progression (including PowerBI experience).
