Consumer Personal Banker (Creedmoor)

Deliver best-in-class customer service by guiding new and existing customers through needs-based conversations and providing solutions for short- and long-term financial needs. Proactively drive sales through outbound calls, teller interactions, and appointment setting while prospecting and deepening customer relationships. Educate customers on digital channels (e.g., online and mobile banking) and partner with other lines of business to identify and refer lending and financial needs, while adhering to compliance and risk policies.
