Shape U.S. Bank Europe’s external and internal communications across priority markets. Key Responsibilities

•Support development and execution of integrated external and internal communications strategies aligned to business goals and European priorities.
•Identify and deliver storytelling opportunities to enhance the company’s profile across priority markets and sectors.
•Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and external partners.
•Draft high-quality communications materials including press releases, media materials, thought leadership, and executive communications.
•Prepare and brief senior leaders for media interviews, speaking engagements, and internal events, while monitoring reputational risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Work experience in a PR agency and/or in-house communications team, including both external and internal communications.
•Strong understanding of media relations and corporate communications in a European context.
•Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging for external and internal audiences.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
•6+ years of communications experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
