Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own cross-functional coordination across concurrent GTM systems programs, including CPQ, deployment tracking, account data quality, and compliance-driven process change.
•Prepare and run quarterly business reviews for GTM systems initiatives and drive decisions and follow-ups.
•Partner with operational leads and stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Technology to keep programs aligned and moving.
•Translate between technical implementation details and executive priorities in both directions.
•Define and track each program’s business outcome and measurement, maintaining documentation and surfacing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities for resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,000 - 300,000 annually

•Hands-on experience with GTM processes such as lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, renewal/expansion motions, or customer health.
•Working understanding of how GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms, customer success tools) support those processes.
•Proven experience aligning cross-functionally with senior stakeholders through recurring business reviews and decision-driving without direct authority.
•Strong program management fundamentals including planning, tracking, dependency, and risk management.
•Clear written and verbal communication across technical detail and executive summaries, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
