Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate Tapestry’s growth strategy into clear local narratives that build belief and alignment, and run an internal storytelling engine (monthly gatherings, townhalls, LOOP, newsletters).
  • •Design and deliver engagement programs that strengthen pride, belonging, and advocacy, including social impact initiatives, cultural moments, and employee recognition.
  • •Embed a growth mindset culture through storytelling and leadership activation, partnering with leaders to cascade priorities and role-model desired behaviors.
  • •Modernize internal communications using video, visual, and digital-first content, optimizing platforms like LOOP and Teams and introducing new formats (e.g., fireside chats, workshops).
  • •Define and track engagement KPIs and establish feedback loops to continuously improve communications effectiveness while linking engagement to business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, community building, or a related field.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to craft compelling stories and clear headlines.
  • •Comfort experimenting with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis.
  • •Experience creating and executing content across formats (written, visual, digital, and in-person/online events).
  • •Ability to collaborate across teams and translate employee engagement into business and brand outcomes.
