Key Responsibilities

  • •Qualify and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, technical, and regulatory compliance (including plating process qualification)
  • •Conduct supplier facility and QMS audits to assess compliance and production readiness
  • •Lead supplier assessments, audits, and approvals using checklists, risk analysis tools, and on-site visits
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute supplier audit and assessment plans
  • •Provide supplier quality performance data to support supplier evaluation, selection, and strategic sourcing initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science or related field
  • •5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related functions (Jewelry industry experience is a plus)
  • •Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality core tools (AQL, Gage R&R, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) with data analysis skills (Power BI, Six Sigma)
  • •Proven auditing and supplier quality development expertise; ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; presentation skills essential
