Lead and drive supplier qualification, audits, and quality improvement initiatives for Pandora’s supplier network in Bangkok. Own supplier assessments, QMS compliance (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), and data-driven quality performance, collaborating with I&D, CQ, and Supply Chain to align with strategic objectives and ensure production readiness and regulatory conformity.

Job Function: Quality & Regulatory (Non-Software)

Key Responsibilities

•Qualify and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, technical, and regulatory compliance (including plating process qualification)
•Conduct supplier facility and QMS audits to assess compliance and production readiness
•Lead supplier assessments, audits, and approvals using checklists, risk analysis tools, and on-site visits
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute supplier audit and assessment plans
•Provide supplier quality performance data to support supplier evaluation, selection, and strategic sourcing initiatives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science or related field
•5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related functions (Jewelry industry experience is a plus)
•Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality core tools (AQL, Gage R&R, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) with data analysis skills (Power BI, Six Sigma)
•Proven auditing and supplier quality development expertise; ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; presentation skills essential
