Job Summary

Develop and execute a national Key Project Management (KPM) strategy for key luxury developers across India, building strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and PMCs. Generate and manage opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repairs, and building finishes by influencing design-stage specifications. Lead technical presentations and value engineering to convert projects, manage the national pipeline with cross-functional teams, and track market and competitor activity to find new residential and commercial growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the national Key Project Management (KPM) strategy for approximately 30 key luxury developers across India.
•Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and other stakeholders to identify strategic accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
•Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, and building finishes by influencing specifications at the design stage.
•Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and value engineering discussions with stakeholders to support project conversion.
•Manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution through cross-functional coordination and monitor market trends and competitor activity to find emerging opportunities.

Key Requirements

•15–18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
•Strong exposure handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.
•Experience driving specification and project management (preferred).
•Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
