Key Responsibilities

•Lead four Regional Solutions Engineering Managers directly (AMER, EMEA North, EMEA South, Channel/SMB) and oversee emerging-marketsSE capability in LATAM and APAC
•Design and execute the global SE operating model including AE-aligned coverage by segment and career progression from IC to senior management
•Partner with global leaders in Customer Success, Revenue, R&D, Engineering to drive KPIs and OKRs
•Develop SE teams to enable technical storytelling and drive the narrative during the pre-sales cycle
•Own accountability for the technical evaluation throughout discovery, evaluation, and through to business close for new bookings, expansions and renewals

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 288,000 - 372,600 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of leadership experience building and scaling global Solutions Engineering teams in SaaS, with second-line leadership and oversight of organizations with 20+ team members
•4-6+ years of hands-on Solutions Engineer experience across SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise and Strategic accounts
•Strong technical fundamentals with prior developer experience in JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar
•Deep understanding of web technologies, architecting scalable ecosystems, and AI/search applications
•Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
