Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide electrical design leadership on both single and multi-disciplinary projects across a range of sectors
  • •Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects and support larger, more complex projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • •Maintain clear and consistent communication with external clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • •Deliver best practices to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, focusing on saving time and reducing costs without compromising on quality.
  • •Build solid, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business development opportunities and understanding their evolving needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
  • •7 to 10+ years’ industry experience on Australian building services projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
  • •Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector
  • •Strong client relationship management and project management skills;
  • •Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.)
