Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team.
  • •Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
  • •Facilitate a positive client experience by creating a conducive environment.
  • •Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
  • •Create a learning environment that builds staff competence and ensure stock/equipment are accurately charted.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma leading to registration as a General Nurse OR a 4-year Nursing Diploma / Bachelor of Nursing.
  • •Basic life support trained (ACLS, ATLS, PALS for specialised wards).
  • •Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • •Experience in developing/modifying a nursing care plan and infection prevention and control.
  • •Knowledge of nursing processes, nursing record keeping, patient assessment, pharmacology, and relevant nursing legislation.
