Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned tasks on construction site ensuring contractors are progressing per schedule.
  • •Interact directly with the contractor and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets client expectations, coordinating with the Sr. Project Manager on scope, resources, budget, schedule, quality control and risk.
  • •Identify project site threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • •Apply in-depth knowledge of standard PM principles to accomplish complex projects and provide innovative solutions.
  • •Drive standard PM processes and continuous improvement in project management practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership
  • •Demonstrated experience leading projects or programs within a regulated manufacturing environment, including planning, execution and compliance
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, commissioning, startup, and operational phases
  • •Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
