Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage annual budget and manning guide, overseeing profit & loss, room inventory, group blocking, packages, and up-selling to maximize REVPAR.
  • •Control duty rosters and labor costs within budget and occupancy targets; monitor productivity and operational performance.
  • •Manage interviews, training needs, performance, and training plans across front office sub-departments; ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • •Oversee operational tasks and delegation across reception/concierge/PABX/business center; implement and evaluate procedures and policies.
  • •Handle guest complaints, conduct daily walkthroughs, manage VIP arrivals and guest interactions, and ensure 85% scoring for LQA inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field such as administration or tourism management.
  • •3 years of relevant experience in a similar role for a renowned international hotel brand.
  • •International experience in a 5-star property.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (and local language where applicable).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera.
