Job Summary

Support measurement, analysis, and reporting of the bank’s interest rate risk exposure. Partner with Treasury and Risk teams to evaluate balance sheet performance, analyze rate sensitivity, and provide insights for risk management and strategic decision-making. Measure NII/EVE exposures, analyze loan/deposit/investment behavior under rate scenarios, assist with hedging evaluation, produce ALCO and committee reporting, and drive process improvements and enhancements to ALM models and systems.

•Analyze balance sheet behavior, including loan, deposit, and investment portfolio dynamics under various rate scenarios.
•Assist in evaluating hedging strategies and other interest rate risk mitigation actions.
•Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for ALCO, senior management, and risk committees.
•Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and enhancements to ALM systems and methodologies, including development and maintenance of ALM models and assumptions.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Asset Liability Management (ALM) experience in a bank or large financial institution.
•Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
•Excellent analytical skills and strong knowledge of the bank’s balance sheet.
•Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
