Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections according to Manheim inspection standards, safely moving and returning vehicles on dealer lots.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (VINs, mileage, sub-series, options) and accurately document exterior, interior, and mechanical condition.
  • •Identify and document damage, missing components, or inoperable features in inspection systems.
  • •Build dealer relationships by demonstrating consistent quality, professionalism, and responsiveness, and proactively engage to increase inspection volume.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports, collaborate with other teams, and follow safety/compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Mobile Inspector Level 2 requires 3+ years of experience in a related field; Senior Level requires 5+ years plus previous vehicle inspection experience.
  • •Strong automotive knowledge (body and mechanical) is required for Senior Level.
