•Provide strategic commercial input on procurement, contract structures, and value engineering initiatives.
•Manage and mentor commercial and QS teams, ensuring accuracy and performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
•Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial management of large-scale construction or development projects
•Strong command of contract law, FIDIC conditions, procurement strategies, and commercial negotiations
