•Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests for repeat business.
•Suggestively sell beverages and menu items while delivering orders promptly.
•Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications and follow control systems.
•Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, monitoring intoxication, and refusing service when necessary.
•Perform opening/running/closing duties, maintain sanitation, handle bartender bank and cash pull/check-out procedures, and log equipment failures/safety hazards.
