Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests for repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items while delivering orders promptly.
  • •Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications and follow control systems.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, monitoring intoxication, and refusing service when necessary.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, maintain sanitation, handle bartender bank and cash pull/check-out procedures, and log equipment failures/safety hazards.

Key Requirements
